Flow, Nourish, Connect . . . Retreat
ReTreat is a blissful opportunity to pause in the midst of the busy-ness of your life and nourish yourself inside and out. It is a half-day gathering for people who appreciate the benefits of healthy living and want to learn how to bring these qualities into their everyday lives. Participants leave feeling renewed, inspired and refreshed, with concrete skills to take home.
Coming together in yoga, meditation and Satsang (group dialog), we will explore teachings from various disciplines and apply them to our daily lives. These experiences will quiet your mind, relax your body and nourish your soul.
In addition, ReTreat includes a segment on The Art of Living Foods Preparation, where you will learn how to prepare healthy delicious foods that will nourish your body and soul. This will be followed by a scrumptious meal filled with nature’s bounty to be shared by all.
A fluid one-hour yoga practice (open to all levels).
A hands-on un-cooking demonstration including a healthy lunch and easy-to-replicate recipes.
Guided by the wisdom of great teachings and thought-provoking readings from many traditions, we will gain insight to explore and discuss solutions to life’s challenges.
